Don't forget to stay motivated and positive during distance learning!
Introduction:
This year has thrown us all for a loop. As a teacher or a primary educator, it could be hard to be motivated and positive during this time of distance learning. Even if you are back in your classroom, things surely aren't the same.
Positivity:
Staying positive when not being able to see
our students can be rather hard. As someone who works with youth, it has been hard not to have our normal 4-H activities. With that being said, I know it's hard to stay positive. In order to stay positive, we have to remember that our kids and students need us to remain positive for them. Let the small things motivated you to keep pushing forward for your students and let their smiles help you remain positive. They need our uplifting personalities to help get them through these less than ideal times.
Motivation:
If you work in the education field you might be asking yourself how you can stay motivated. I think the easiest answer is to let the kids motivate you. Whether you are teaching behind a computer screen or in person, this is not a normal year for you. With that being said, we have to remember that our kids are depending on us to stay positive and motivated!
Teachers and educators, remember to stay positive and motivated for your students. You are doing a great job and you are making a difference in the lives of others!
