4 Basic Supplies Needed for the Classroom.

Teachers know that a school budget is very tight for the school year and it varies by the classroom that they teach. There are some schools that will provide the basic necessities but often times, teachers need to relay on parents, donations and their own money to make it work. Check out the 4 basic materials that every teacher should need in their classroom. They are $20 as well.

1. Sharpies Flip Chart Markers

These are some of the new teacher favorites! Not only do they have a great bullet tip, but they come in great colors. They don’t leak through the page either.

2. Clorox Wipes

These are a MUST!! Tiny little germs are EVERYWHERE.....Beware!

3. Manual Pencil Sharpener

Let's face it.......Electric pencil sharpeners are for the birds and are worthless. Manual sharpeners are quieter, can be placed around the room in any space and use hand eye coordination for the student as they have to think about what they are doing. Could you imagine the things that a child could put in an electric sharpener?

4. Dry Erase Markers

As a teacher, you can never have enough dry erase markers. Ration the markers throughout the year as you will not be left high and dry at the end of the school year. I would not recommend the off brands as they can stain and will not wipe off clean!
